Cleanse Away The Years of Toxins

After spending so much time abroad, it’s not surprising that I ate a lot of junk food and a lot of bad food. I didn’t have a chance to take care on the foods I ate. In fact, at my last school, it was located away from the city and alternative food shops so I was stuck with the food there. It was not good and it certainly had a lot of bad toxins. I felt like my ulcer would act up 10 minutes after eating. I also seemed to carry around a heavy feeling from my years of living around the world.

When I got back to the states, my sister suggested that I have a colon cleanse. It kind of scared me because I didn’t know exactly what it was. Well, come to find out, you can take a special type of treatment will wash away many of the buildup in the colon that can cause health problems. That’s where a colon cleanse like Oxy-Powder comes in. It’s easy to take and very quickly you get the toxins removed from your body and you feel healthy. I really suggest a colon cleanse for anyone concerned with their health.

A Shuffle Around the TEFL World

There is a bit of shuffle going on around the TEFL World today. TEFLWatch.Org used to have a forum in a subdirectory, but it seemed to be an active dungeon filled with trolls. Attempts at cleaning it up have fallen on deaf ears so something new had to be done. As of today, the TEFLWatch Forum has been separated from TEFLWatch.Org and now each site has its own focus.

TEFLWatch.Org will have the school ratings, the Hall of Shame and other teaching related rants while TEFLWatch Forum will offer instant feedback on teaching issues and resources. By having this separation, it’s hoped that teachers can have better access to information.

Using Prepaid Cards to Call Abroad

Now that I am back home, I am making a lot of international phone calls on a regular basis. I find that using a prepaid card saves me a lot of money. The rates are better and more than that, I can budget my phone calls much better since I only buy what the amount I plan on using.

The internet makes buying phone cards very easy. A site like Phone Cards Avenue has a huge selection of prepaid phone cards. You can buy an India phone card, a Mexico phone card, and even a Thailand phone card. It’s easy to navigate by country and then find all of the cards that are available. All you do is the choose the one with the best rate for your needs.

Real Estate Vs Teaching

Being that my new career is in real estate, I am frequently asked how real estate and teaching compare. Well, it may appear that they are very different types of careers, but in reality, they are very much alike.

For example, in both careers, you are doing your best to educate people as to all of their options. In the typical TEFL institute, you also try to sell people on a TEFL course that they might not need. In real estate, you try to sell a home that might be a little larger than a person needs. You also sell dreams. In TEFL, you sell the dreams of mastery of a foreign language. In real estate, you are selling the dream of home ownership.

I love both of these careers so much. Yes, I will be back in teaching, but right now, real estate is what I am working with.
