Innovative Ways to Avoid Repossession

There are some very innovative ways coming out that can really help you save your home if you are facing foreclosure or repossession. I know it’s tough to move when you can no longer afford your payments, especially when your kids are in a good school and you have built your life in the community. One of the innovative ways to keep your home is the sell to rent back scheme.

You sell your home to a company and then you just rent your home from them. In fact, you’ll see a reduction in your monthly bills and still live in the same home as long as you want to. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. You are able to stop repossession, your credit stays good, you stay in the home you love and you’re able to avoid financial hardship.

In fact, many people have found these kind of schemes to be very advantageous no matter their financial situation. It’s a great way to capture equity. Imagine being able to sell your home but still live in it? You’re able to take the entire profit from your own sale and then not have to worry about any more loan payments. That’s a big plus.

One company that offers these kind of schemes is RentBackDirect. If your home is in danger of repossession or foreclosure, it’s a good idea to contact them to see what they can offer.

Collecting Lesson Plans

I love collecting lesson plans, though I must admit a lot of them are gathering dust lately. See, I have collected and kept every lesson plan I have done in the last 3 years of teaching. It’s great for going back over and seeing what I taught before and how I taught before. It was a real big plus for my teaching.

Now, alas, they gather dust. I sure wish there was an easy way to put them on the net. Maybe I shall devote a section of this site for them so that other teachers can take advantage of them.

Making Money with Nouveau Riche?

As I have mentioned before, when I came back to the US, I found training in order to begin a new career. I choose real estate and my agent training allowed me to get a good job and so far, we are getting ahead. Despite what people say, now is the time to make money in real estate. Since I have been looking into real estate, I have naturally come across information on Nouveau Riche University and it’s classes on helping you make money in real estate.

I was wondering if it was a nouveau riche scam or if it was the truth so I decided to seek out information on my own. That’s when I found the blog called Nouveaurized.

It’s a blog where students themselves tell their own stories of success after finishing their studies and using the techniques they learned. I saw stories of how students were making thousands and thousands of dollar using the techniques. I was impressed with the techniques and earnings that these students had attained.

To me, a testament to the quality of what you learn is how you are able to take advantage of it.

Going Back With Nothing

It pays to prepare yourself before you come home from an extended teaching trip abroad. My wife and I spent a long time preparing things so that our arrival back in the states would be easy and uneventful. It meant having adequate savings and also meant figuring out where we would stay before we came back. That planning paid off and we were able to get easily adjusted to our new home. It helped us be settled enough to find success.

Not everyone makes plans like this. In fact, there is one gentleman in England who is having a bit of a rough time according to this article. He went back to the UK after several years in Thailand and now has no job and no place to live. The local government is unable to help him and he has resorted to sleeping on the streets. That’s hardly the homecoming TEFL teachers expect after serving as ambassadors for their country for years, but it’s the reality.

I believe those kind of stories will be heard more and more as the large crop of TEFLers who have had enough go back home, penniless and broke.

Protect Yourself After An Accident

I learned early on that if you have legal issues that need to be solved, the best thing you can do is visit an attorney and get their advice. Even if something seems like it is without much merit, it pays to talk things over with an attorney. It’s really something that hit home after a friend of mine was involved in an accident as a passenger. His friend was driving and wasn’t at fault. In fact, the other driver had a suspended license and no insurance. Still, my friend thought it was a lost cause until he met with with an attorney.

That’s when the attorney started to explain to him about personal injury protection as well as uninsured motorist coverage. PIP is the part of your insurance that covers your personal injury in an accident, regardless of who is at fault. It turns out there are many different ways to protect yourself after an accident, even if the other party was breaking the law and doesn’t have insurance. These are all coverages that you pay for when you sign up for your insurance and they are ones that you should take advantage of. Unfortunately, insurance companies are not happy paying out money (who is???), so you have to visit an attorney to learn about your rights.

Master Weinstein is a law firm in Philadelphia that specializes in personal injury law. They’ve got a large selection of articles and information on different aspects of personal injury law so that you can get an idea of what your rights are even before you visit them. They’re able to explain many legal terms in easy to understand words. It’s clear that they have the expertise to help you get what you are entitled to.
