Salary is a big question on the minds of many starting teachers in the TEFL profession. How much can I make? Can I afford to pay my students loans on a TEFL salary? Will I have to dip into savings to maintain my lifestyle? It’s tough getting exact figures from other TEFL teachers, especially in a country like Mexico with such a wide variation in earnings.
